Listened from 1415-1501 utc. Splatter and noise battled
most signals.
279 RUSSIA, 1416 good with instrumental music.
558 JAPAN, JOCR 1419 fair at times on top of ?? station.
567 JAPAN, JOIK 1420 weak with music.
648 RUSSIA, VoR 1421 man in Korean with some splatter.
657 DPR OF KOREA, 1422 woman in Korean.
693 JAPAN, JOAB 1423 fair at times, but a lot of splatter.
774 JAPAN, JOUB 1424 good at times.
828 JAPAN, JOBB 1425 fair to good.
1566 REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1440 fair at times.
1575 THAILAND, 1441 fair at times, but mostly fading out.
