[IRCA] Early Morning TPs for 2-14

I popped up at an unusual hour for me & decided to turn the radio on. Conditions seemed to favor the lower band.

Listened from 0948 to 1041.

I had audio on 774 - decent, 747, 828, 594 & 693

Carriers on 558, 567, 576, 639, 648, 702, 729, 738 & 1134
