[IRCA] Radio Reloj caught, NE Oregon
It's been awhile since I checked for Radio Reloj, but caught them on two
frequencies this early evening.
1020 kHz 0219-0221utc, 0226utc with very weak RR
870 kHz 0240, 0241 utc with weak tone and RR
73,
