Good Morning:

Listened from 1402-1530 utc.  Spent time dxing 
domestic stations because TP's were  not that good 
here this morning. 

153     RUSSIA, very weak at 1415.
279     RUSSIA, weak at 1416.  Still around at 1530, weak.
693     JAPAN, JOAB  1408 weak with a lot of splatter.
774     JAPAN, JOUB 1402 from carrier strength to good
           signal in about one minute.  
828     JAPAN, JOBB 1408 fair at best.  
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1430 strong carrier
           anemic audio.
