[IRCA] New Station AM 1340 KWLE "The Whale"

While trying to receive KIHR 1340 my closest unheard 
AM station I heard the David Bowie song "Fame".
A fast check of the NRC AM log book listed
KWLE AC/OLD.  Checked the KWLE live stream
and heard "fame" being played.  Proceeding music
has also matched the live stream.  At 192 miles
KWLE was #28 on the list of unheard Washington
state stations.  

 I might have heard KWVR Enterprise, OR.  Heard "Michael
Reagan Show" then faded in the mix.  Radio time has 
Michael Reagan on KWVR at the time heard.  KWVR 
web-site does not show programming.  About 4 other 
stations are in the mix KATA, KBBR, KLOO and
KWVR.  2 new stations heard so far while trying
 for KIHR.
