[IRCA] TP's for 02-01-09

Good Morning:
Listened from 1452-0710. Bill it was poor here also. Was
surprised that 1575 VOA had a fair signal. HLAZ 1566 was
just a carrier.
Tuned the R-30cc last night on short wave and
heard "Voice of Korea" on 6275 at 1012 ut. During their program
at 1032 they went off the air and returned at 1037. At 1100 utc
French program started.
279 RUSSIA, 1453 weak with man in Russian.
774 JAPAN, JOUB 1504 weak with man in Japanese.
1575 THAILAND, VOA 1506 fair with woman in Asian
language.
