1610 UNID 0415 EST 1/30, woman surfacing above jumble of TIS
stations which sounds Vietnamese Is this Toronto?
1710 UNID 0405 EST, 1/30 apparently the FF Speaker I heard a couple
weeks ago, but weaker this time, mostly in the noise. Has that same
thick Haitian type FF speaker. (PM-OR)
Not a bad morning, pop music on 1220, probably CHEC, Toronto on 740, a
talk station QRMing KGO (WGY?),
