[IRCA] KXMG 1150 2310 utc On air

Good Evening,

Took a drive passed KXMG towers and found 3 vehicles
park next to the transmitter trailer.  Station was  back on
air around 2310 utc.  Signal S-9+55 db.  Wonder if the
transmitter was set to power down to 10 watts at night?

I believe KKNW was the station heard with weak signal 
during the KXMG silent period.  Will check recording.
