Certainly the case here, Barry....nothing stays in for more than a minute or so, and rarely good strength (621 an exception). Have had audio on 1008 (not Holland as I thought), 1035 (not Estonia, don't think Portugal??), snippets on 783 and 855, but nothing hangs in long enough to grab anything significant....
Also correct that it's mostly lower band now, though 1215 jumps up occasionally.
