could be Holland? Believe they pulled back from bankruptcy (perhaps they could talk to various world leaders about the technique required? Prayer is involved, I believe)
things are unpredictable. I've been listening to the Canaries on 621, which has occasionally come up to a level with recognizable SS talk 13 seconds or so ahead of the RNE1 webstream.
