[IRCA] Are the TA's ending already?

 I certainly hope not, but things have definitely deteriorated here 
over the last 20 minutes.  The audio has disappeared, and most of the 
strong carriers have become weak carriers.
I'll be out for the rest of the evening, but hope there's a rebound for 
those of you able to listen this evening.
