[IRCA] Larger crate loops, and direct-coupling to the Quantum Loop base unit

Hi all:

I?ve continued to tinker with these loops, stacking crates together to
make larger units, using the ?contra? winding technique to get a lot more
wire on and cover larger frequency ranges, and hooking them directly into
my Quantum Loop base unit in place of the normal ferrite loopheads.

The results have been quite positive, and I have updated the Crate Loop
article on DXer.ca with a bunch more options and details.
