[IRCA] more TP for 19 Jan from Victoria, BC
started listening around 1500, on and off for the next 45 minutes. Things are starting to look up a bit, and there was a noticeable sunrise enhancement that I likely missed the beginning of.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
none
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):
747 JOIB at 1544UT
774 JOUB at 1504UT and other times (may have run to 1600UT this morning?)
1566 at 1543UT...and was moving into the "pretty darn good" realm
1593 CNR1 //5030 at 1512UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
828 JOBB
972 HLCA likely
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
1134, 1242, 1377, 1386, 1422 all at around 1540UT
1575 likely Thailand
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1305
