Re: [IRCA] west coast TA signs
As always, very spotty. Had a man talking on 855 0440ish UT; wasn't Romania per the webstream which was mx...could have been Spain, which I've never logged here.
621 had a woman talking at 0458 weak in splash and at 0504, there was a man as well, and wishful thinking says it had an SS intonation. The webstream for RNE had a man and woman talking also, but offset in time of course, so not an ID, but I guess Canaries is possible. Never heard here before.
