Heard the following station below.  Could not get much information 
on the Internet on this station.  Male/female radio personalities.  

1200    CJRJ      BC    Vancouver, 01/12 1512utc.  commercial
                           for immigration attorney for Canadian immigration.
                          Music from India.  Announcers in English.
                          No call letter ID.  Battling KEX iboc, but good signal
                          at times.  Traffice report with ferry departures.New station.
