The ABC satellite went down about 12:08pm EST yesterday.  Was off until
12:18pm when apparently a backup came on.  Readings on the satellite
receiver I was working on were about 10 instead of the usual 14.  Both
WNBH/WLKW (Timeless Favorites) and WDDZ (Radio Disney) were off during this
time.  A fairly short time later the readings were back at 14, so it was
fixed.
