Listened from 1345-1435 utc and conditions were better than it was yesterday.  More carriers and audio than the last few days but not much was heard at first and all audio was at local sunrise.
 
648 Russia very poor at 1420 utc.
747 JOIB poor at 1422 utc.
774 JOUB good at 1425 utc.
