[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 12-29-08
Listened from 1355-1435 utc and at first I hear no audio and only very weak carriers. But at 1420 utc things changed when I started to hear audio but it did not last very long and at 1427 utc I lost all audio due to local sunrise.
594 JOAK very poor.
648 Russia poor.
774 JOUB fair.
1566 HLAZ very poor audio but good carrier.
