the snows melts.

279        RUSSIA, 1300 Pips on the hour, then man in Russian.
594        JAPAN, JOAK 1230 weak with man in Japanese.
648        RUSSIA, VoR 1232 fair with music and some splatter.
666        JAPAN, JOBK 1302 weak with man in Japanese.
693        JAPAN, JOAB 1233 fair with Japanese and a lot of splatter.
774        JAPAN, JOUB 1233 fair with Japanese and spaltter.  Good 
              at 1318.
828        JAPAN, JOAB 1234 good with music and woman in Japanese.
1377      CHINA, CRN1 1249 weak audio at times, man in Chinese.  
1566      REPUBLIC of KOREA, HLAZ 1226 fair at times with woman
              in Japanese.
1575     THAILAND, VOA 1458 weak with man in Asian langauge.
