[IRCA] hardly any TP for 23 Dec from Victoria, BC
This morning also seemed have been a bit of a dog, propagationally speaking. Listened from 1415 to1600UT, very half heartedly, so might have missed something, but the impression was of the regulars struggling to be heard, and the irregulars staying home.
