[IRCA] early TP; late TA
only late TA seems to be 1215 with poor audio occasionally, likely Absolute. 864 with a good carrier but no more.
As for TP, at 0615UT, R. Rossii on 234 quite good, considerably poorer on 189 and 279; 774 fair audio JJ talk, 747 struggling to deliver audio, good carriers on 567 and 1287..
Good luck with the RI test. Can't complain too much about the high latitude cx.
