[IRCA] LWCA
After observing recent LW beacon loggings sent to this list, it's
hard to tell if the authors realize there is a fine organization
devoted to DXing in this part of the band, the Long Wave Club of
America (LWCA). They publish a monthly bulletin (The Lowdown) and the
