[IRCA] not TP for 15 Dec from Victoria, BC
By listening earlier, Dennis might have gotten his chance to hear anything at all. A few brief stops at the radio yielded weak NHK2 stations before 1500UT, traces of audio on 594 and 567, as well as 189, and not much more later. 1566 had a reasonably good carrier, but never any audio when I checked.
