Listened from 1320-1510 utc.  Not much on the upper channels this morning.
Poor performance by HLAZ 1566.  
 
153        RUSSIA, 1325 very weak with a few words of Russian coming through.
              Weak at 1438 with man in Russian.
180        RUSSIA, 1337 very weak with a religious song.  Gone at 1438.
189        RUSSIA, 1338 weak with religious music.
279        RUSSIA, 1331 good with ?Oh Happy Days? and other religious music.
558        JAPAN, JOCR 1439 weak with woman in Japanese.
567        JAPAN, JOIK NHK 1 1446 weak with Japanese talk.
594        JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1339 weak covered in splatter with Japanese talk.
648        RUSSIA, 1407 rose from covered in splatter to good signal in 3 minutes
              of listening to channel.  Woman singing.  
657        DPR OF KOREA, 1414 weak to fair with man in Korean and // 3250.
666        JAPAN, JOBK NHK1 1403 weak with man in Japanese.
693        JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1341 fair at time with man in Japanese and
              Splatter.
774        JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1342 down to fair after fading from good with
              man in Japanese.   Back to good signal at 1344.
828        JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1345 fair to good with woman/man in Japanese.
1566      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1456 a few seconds of audio, decent
              carrier, but very low audio.
1575      THAILAND, VOA 1400 weak to fair with woman in Asian language.
