[IRCA] TP for 5 Dec from Victoria, BC

Started at 1430UT this morning, but had to quit shortly after 1500, so may have missed some interesting things.  My perception was that the old regulars were there, sometimes at good strength, but there wasn't much DX beyond them.   As Dennis noted, 648 was quite noticeable, and is not an "old regular" here.



pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 

774 JOUB, mostly poorer though
828 JOBB  mostly poorer though


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise): 

567 JOIK //594
594 JOAK ; both of these were pushing "darn good" levels at times
648 presumed Russia, but no IDs or parallels
747 JOIB
972 HLCA


not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

279 R. Rossii; good carrier
693 JOAB //774 at 1448


Burbles in the splatter and noise:

639 CNR1 //5030 at 1446UT
666 JOBK seemed //594 at 1441
1287

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):  738 mostly DU, 1098 DU/Asia mix,
