[IRCA] Strange TP/TA conditions in Manitoba

Saturday night/Sunday AM.

1008    21:55   Spanish, sounded like play by play.  assume Spain. New

Sunday AM
693   13:48   Japan  // 774  English & JJ so assume language lessons.

I say strange conditions in that both these are new stations but 
almost nothing else on the MW band. in terms of TA/TPs. Next to 
nothing else even in the way of hets.
No DUs.

Morocco booming in on 171 all evening.
