[IRCA] NE Oregon Saturday Pacifics
164 Mongolia very poor, occasional audio 1354 utc. Radio Rossii 234 off at
1400 utc, and promptly turned the TX off about a second after the final TOH
pip. Switching to 180, its carrier was still on and didn't go off until
about 60 seconds after 1400 utc modulation turned off. 171 stays on, though
only traces of audio on it; 153, 189, 279 continue with decent audio after
1400 utc.
At end of session, many MW hets and high-band seemed better today. 1422 with
weak Asian audio at 1528 utc, don't remember ever getting audio on that
before. I presume this is China.
