279           RUSSIA, 1404 good signal wtih man in Russian.
558           JAPAN, JOCR 1416 weak with woman in Japanese.
567           JAPAN, JOIK 1427 weak with bits and pieces of audio.
648           RUSSIA, VOR 1457 weak with music and splatter.
657*         DPR OF KOREA, 1409 weak to fair at times with woman
                 singing.  //3250
666           JAPAN, JOBK 1451 very weak.
693           JAPAN, JOAB 1452 weak with English lessons.
774*         JAPAN, JOUB 1412 good with man/woman in Japanese.
828*         JAPAN, JOBB 1414 good with wedding music then Japanese.
1134         JAPAN, JOQR 1439 weak with man in Japanese.
1377         CHINA, CRN1 1422 weak at times with Chinese.  //4460.
1566         REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1355 fair to good, then faded out
                 before TOH.
