It is not beyond KPNW to have a glitch like this. It and KDXU seem to  
have more than their share of automation problems year in and year  
out. That's not to say that KANN doesn't pop in vigorously from time  
to time but it wouldn't have the same fade characteristics. Hard to  
say w/o a description of the two programs.
