[IRCA] 1008 unid
They picked up a fair bit at 06:47 with non-stop techno music....very much what's sometimes heard on Russian radio stations, so Nick might be correct. Also heard best on my Asia loop, although there's a heck of a lot of splatter when trying the North Conti loop. Not sure whether I'll have enough to go on for an ID by the TOH.......Walt.
