Listened from 0708-0717 utc.  A short scan of LW & MW revealed
Radio Rossii coming in on 4 of 5 channels that are normally heard here.
JOUB 774 finally making it in at 0720 with a weak signal.

180     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii weak at 0711 with man in Russian. 
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii weak at 0710 with woman in Russian.
234     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii weak at 0712 with woman in Russian.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii good at 0708 with woman in Russian.
774     JAPAN, JOUB 0717 just a level 5 carrier. 6.5 audio at 0720.
828     JAPAN, JOBB 0714 faint with bits of audio.
1215   TA carrier level 4-5 carrier at times.
