[IRCA] TP for 19 Nov from Victoria, BC
Using Nick's system for a change, here were my observations between 14:47 and 15:12 UTC this morning from Victoria. Conditions were quite good overall to Asia only.

774 NHK2 (by the way at almost as good level now as I type this at 06:45 UTC)
