[IRCA] and shifting to TP
A few last gasps from the TA's after 0600UT, with 945 and 1323 delivering brief and poor audio, while carriers were gearing up from Japan. By 0640UT, 567, 747 and 774 have delivered some audio, with a good carrier on on 1287. Still half an hour until Sapporo sunset.
