Interesting..re: Canadians as years ago when I lived in Rancho Bernardo (just south of Escondido) Vancouver on 1130 often overpowered San Diego. 73 KAZ

The West doesn't include Southern California. I haven't heard Canada from
here since the last two Canadian frequencies (1040 and 1200) became occupied
quite a number of years ago. CKST made it down here pretty well.

Here in the West, we still have plenty of CBC service, CBU-690, CBX-740,
CBR-1010, CBK-540, CBW-990, and CFPR-860. Plus I get CBXQ-540 (LPRT from
Vancouver Island).
