279      RUSSIA, 1342 weak with Russian.
594      JAPAN, JOAK weak at 1417 with man in Japanese.
639      CHINA, CRN1 1406 very weak with Chinese using ECSS
666      JAPAN, JOBK 1348 very weak with woman in Japanese.
774      JAPAN, JOUB 1351 fair with Chinese lessons.
828      JAPAN, JOBB 1350 fair with man/woman in Chinese/Japanese.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1353 weak at best with woman in 
            Japanese?
1575    THAILAND, VOA 1356 fair at times with woman/man in Asian language.
