[IRCA] WMVP 1000 IBOC

WMVP is only about 25 miles away from here in a Northeast
direction.  Their IBOC is completely trashing 1010 but I suspect some
of KDKA's noise is also there.  On 990 the IBOC noise is worse in
LSB.  I can still null this noise and get a decent signal from CBW
Winnipeg with their usually strong signal.
