[IRCA] Carrier on 693 at 0845

[Bill Harms <philcobill@xxxxxxxxxxx>]

I was getting a carrier on 693 at 0845z just now. Is this Japan? Is it 
too late for Azores? I am recording right now or else I would go back to 
see if there is any audio. I think there are slight traces on 747 and 774.

I need to get a west directional antenna up.....
