     There is a moderate heterodyne on 1575 here on the  30" loopstick 
ICF-2010 (0207 UTC), with the strongest signal coming from about  010 degrees.  This 
is almost certainly Radio Farda, but still far from  audio on the hot-rodded 
portable.
