LWBC 164 Mongolia unusually good today, one of the best days I've heard it. 
First noted at 1311 utc, still being heard at 1454 utc! 6.5-7 level, poor, 
on peaks--fades up and down. Far East Russians decent today too, 153, 171, 
180, 189, 234, 279.
