KBS used to do generic QSLs, but they prefer to QSL their EE service on
SW, but I have managed to get some MW QSLs out of them. There used to be
an engineer that would QSL a domestic, if you had the call letter ID,
but I have no idea if he still is there. I am going back 10-15 years, at
least.
