0100 909 At 0100 the Global Tuners receiver in Italy provides an ID to
the other station on channel that I've been hearing on my own receiver:
Radio Romania. I'll call it tentative for the moment, until I can get a
bettermatch with the received signal and the delayed signal on Global
Tuners. If I can pin it down, it's a new country here.

Can't seem to get a Global Tuners receiver working on this channel closer

Romania. And R. Cluj on Delicast won't open audio. Drat.
