Was the person reading the information a woman? I'm hearing
a woman on 1610. Weak signal. Sounds like the same lady that does the voice
on my local TIS 530 Ridgefield, WA station.
Seems to be in the direction of Wapato, WA? Which is about
119 miles East of here.
