[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-21-08
Listened from 1305-1345 utc and conditions were poor on the bottom part of the band but it was a little better on the top part of the band.
594-JOAK very poor.
774-JOUB very poor
1566-HLAZ poor
1575 A little audio at times at 1317 utc. First time this year that I have heard audio on 1575.
