[IRCA] Alberta TP's for 20 Oct 2008

I'd intended on stopping out at the beverage site before going to work
today but (luckily?) slept in.   Checking the band at home things were
very poor. Only the strongest Japanese had any sign of audio, and there
wasn't much of that.
