[IRCA] TP for 19Oct08: down some
Only monitored from 14:07 to 14:40. Conditions were down from yesterday. CC and KK stations way down. The only highlight was Fiji on 639 at 9 level around 14:20. Minimal DU enhancement. JJ power houses were in, especially NHK2 this morning. Not much on the upper bands, with HLAZ only a 7 at best, and 6 for VOA. Taiwan on 738 not a bad signal at 7+, // to 1143. Vietnam an 8, so definitely something in the mill with propagation seemingly heading downhill again. Nothing to indicate anything in the A/K indices, with SF70, A4, K0. OK, off to work I go........Walt.
