[IRCA] Signs of TAs in Alberta

It's not much, but a few carriers (and actually audio on 1134 - which is 
miles ahead of anything else).  1377 is second best at the moment.   
First sign of any TAs here since the recent solar action.  Perhaps a 
sign conditions might break out of the doldrums we've been in for the 
past week?
