[IRCA] Victoria TPs for 17 Oct08: A wake for TPs

I did not say that I was awake for them.
I held a wake for them.

Hets and or ultra-muffled audio on 567, 594, 612, 621, 639, 648, 747, 774(6), 828.

For me there were no signs of hets or any action above 900khz.

I hope this turns around - it is only October after all.
