[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Heterodynes for 10-17

Good Morning,
 
     Dennis had the right idea- go back to  bed.  The "powerhouses" were 
struggling to produce audio, the usually  interesting frequencies were dead, and 
the only signal with much strength was  KBOI-670's IBOC.  Amazing how this 
entire week has been so mediocre,  compared to last week.
