[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's (Temporarily Paltry) for 10-13

Hello Guys,
 
     Once again the miserable conditions put  the challenge back into chasing 
audio from the likes of JOIB-747, and  JOUB-774. Checking the band at 1355 
without much optimism, the band certainly  offered nothing very exciting.  
HLCA-972's weak audio was equal to the  ghostlike signals of 594, 747 and 774, but 
overall it was very depressed. The  only difference between this morning and 
the previous two days is that there was  no chance to go back to sleep, and try 
to forget this propagation  meltdown.
