[IRCA] TP for 10Oct08 from Victoria: down a click

Sadly, I needed some sleep this morning and only tuned
from 1400 to 1405...
and within this brief window I noticed that everything was
down several clicks from yesterday...

There were no wall-to-wall signals for me.

Yes to EE on 567 and something like EE on 621.

And other than a very hot 1134, it was utterly dullsville.

Will give it a better go in the morning. For us Canadians, this
is our Thanksgiving long weekend.
